Welcome to OW Authentic. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and form the agreement between you (“Client”) and OW Authentic (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Scope

OW Authentic provides full automation of the following services for businesses:

Lead Generation: Targeted advertising to attract potential customers.

Appointment Booking: AI-driven scheduling directly onto the Client’s calendar.

Review Collection: Automated gathering of customer reviews post-job completion.

Meal Donations: A meal donated for every review collected, supporting our community initiative.

Our system is designed to operate hands-off for the Client after initial setup, requiring only that jobs be marked as complete (or delegated to an assistant).

2. Payment

The Client agrees to an upfront investment for the services, as detailed in the service agreement. This investment is fully refundable under the terms of our 60-Day Guarantee (see Section 3). Payment is due in full before services begin.

3. Guarantee Terms

We offer a 60-Day Results Guarantee to ensure your confidence in our system:

If the Client does not achieve measurable results within 60 days of service start, we will: Refund 100% of the Client’s upfront investment. Pay the Client an additional $100 as a goodwill gesture.

Measurable results are defined as: At least 10 qualified appointments booked through our system. A minimum of 5 reviews collected from completed jobs.

To qualify for the guarantee, the Client must: Complete the initial setup process. Mark jobs as complete in the system (or delegate this task). Allow our team unrestricted access to manage the system.

Claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the 60-day period ending. We reserve the right to verify results via system data.

4. Termination

The Client may cancel anytime after 60 days by providing 30 days’ written notice. Cancellations within the first 60 days fall under the Guarantee Terms (Section 3). OW Authentic may terminate this agreement if the Client breaches these Terms or misuses the system.

5. Liability

OW Authentic is responsible only for the performance of the automated system as outlined in Section 1. We are not liable for job outcomes, including the quality of the Client’s roofing, construction, plumbing, remodeling, HVAC, service work or customer satisfaction with those services. Our liability is capped at the amount paid by the Client for the services.
