1. Introduction Welcome to OW Authentic. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you”) and OW Authentic (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services OW Authentic provides a comprehensive, automated marketing and client management system (“System”) designed specifically for local service-based businesses. The services (“Services”) include:

Lead Generation: Designing, launching, and managing targeted advertising campaigns to attract qualified potential customers.

Automated Appointment Booking: Utilizing an AI-driven system to schedule confirmed appointments directly onto the Client’s calendar.

Automated Review Collection: Systematically requesting and gathering customer reviews upon job completion.

Community Support Initiative: Donating one meal to a local charity for every verified customer review collected through the System.

The System is engineered to be a "hands-off" solution for the Client following the initial setup phase.

3. Client Obligations To ensure the successful performance of the Services, the Client agrees to:

Provide Accurate Information: Supply all necessary and accurate business information during the onboarding process, including service details, target areas, and branding assets.

Maintain Calendar Availability: Ensure the business calendar integrated with our System accurately reflects appointment availability.

Timely Job Status Updates: Promptly mark jobs as “complete” within the System (or delegate this task to an authorized assistant) to trigger the review collection sequence.

Grant Necessary Access: Provide OW Authentic with the required access to relevant platforms (e.g., ad accounts, CRM, calendar) for the sole purpose of delivering the Services.

Comply with Laws: Ensure all business practices and services offered comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws.

4. Fees and Payment The Client agrees to pay an upfront investment fee as outlined in their specific Service Agreement. This fee is due in full prior to the commencement of the Services. This investment is fully refundable, subject to the conditions of our 60-Day Results Guarantee detailed in Section 5.

5. 60-Day Results Guarantee We are committed to delivering tangible value. Our guarantee is as follows:

The Promise: If the Client does not achieve defined "Measurable Results" within the first 60 days from the service start date, we will:

Refund 100% of the Client’s upfront investment.

Pay the Client an additional $100 for the inconvenience.

Definition of Measurable Results:

A minimum of ten (10) qualified appointments booked onto the Client's calendar via our System.

A minimum of five (5) customer reviews collected through our System from completed jobs.

Eligibility Conditions: To qualify for the guarantee, the Client must have fulfilled all obligations outlined in Section 3 for the entire 60-day period. The Client must have allowed our team unrestricted access to manage and optimize the System without interference.

Claim Process: Any claim under this guarantee must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within ten (10) business days following the end of the 60-day period. OW Authentic reserves the right to verify all claims against data within the System.

6. Term and Termination

Term: This agreement begins upon receipt of payment and continues on a month-to-month basis after the initial 60-day guarantee period.

Termination by Client: After the initial 60-day period, the Client may terminate this agreement at any time by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice.

Termination by OW Authentic: We may suspend or terminate this agreement immediately if the Client breaches these Terms, fails to meet their obligations, or misuses the System.

7. Intellectual Property OW Authentic retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its proprietary System, including all software, AI models, automation workflows, advertising copy, and marketing strategies developed by us. The Client retains all rights to their pre-existing business data and customer information.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer OW Authentic is responsible for the diligent and professional performance of the automated System as described in Section 2. We are not liable for the Client’s business outcomes, including job quality, customer satisfaction with the Client’s work, or final revenue. Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services. We do not guarantee results on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google) whose algorithms and policies are beyond our control.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Oklahoma.
